Around what age does a child lose their first baby teeth?

What if a five year old had never brushed their teeth before and didn't lose them either; what age should a child lose their baby teeth?

Around what age does a child lose their first baby teeth?
the two upper teeth on the front are mostly the 1st ones to fall. they fall at the age of 6 or 7.
Reply:About 5 to 6 mainly the two teeth in the front.
Reply:About age six normally, but sometimes a bit earlier or later.(by about half a year)
Reply:usually around age 6
Reply:Around 7 that is when he or she should start losing teeth and they might lose their last tooth as late as 16!
Reply:Most children will lose their bottom 2 front teeth about 5 or 6. My son was 6 last December and he lost his bottom front teeth about 5 or 6 months ago. It all depends on the child's development and his or her body's growth patterns. It also had to do with when their adult teeth start pushing down.
Reply:My son is 5 and just loss 2 teeth within the last 3 weeks. He also has 2 loose ones. I think it just depends on the child. I would defenitely get them brushing their teeth though. Getting cavities filled for a 5 year old can be pretty hard.
Reply:usually 5 or 6
Reply:around 5-6
Reply:About the age of 5...or Kindergarten age. Give or take. It also depends on when they got that first tooth. It doesn't have to do with the brushing...but may I ask WHY they have not brushed???
Reply:he or she must brush their teeth as soon as they get them. thats horrible. the age ranges from 5 to even 8 to lose their first tooth.
Reply:it really depends... some are 5 and some are 6 or 7
