Teeth problem, is this serious?

like, on the top of my mouth, the molars are sore around where they meet the gum and a little bit higher, (barley higher) but, i dont have cavities or anything, but there are small dots and lines on them, but all my dentists say they arent cavities.


im not losing my teeth am i?


im only 14..


will rinsing alot with listerine after brushing help?

ive lost all my baby teeth


it doesnt hurt as much after i brush, and it only hurts when i grit my teeth together.


theres no gum defects i can see on the outside, like darkness or whitness, you know?


but please help

Molars always get sore and swell as they are coming in, they probably aren't in all they way yet.==
Reply:Do you floss regularly? Not flossing can lead to periodontal disease commonly called gingivitis. Having this will cause sore, swollen gums and will only get worse if not taken care of. Start flossing every night and your gums should feel better in a couple weeks.
