Ok, i have this co-worker who's become a good friend, we hang out all the time. He's worried about his appearance - he has some teeth missing (recently in front), and is stressed about his "image". I tell him it doesn't matter , he's a good guy and people should know. I want to get him a T-shirt, with something like "I may be missing some teeth, but _________________" . Can you fill in the rest? I just think that this will help cheer him up.

He would be even more self conscious if you got him a t-shirt to point it out to people he has missing teeth. You sound like you're a caring friend but I don't think that would cheer him up at all. Hopefully in due time he'll be able to see a dentist and get his teeth fixed but in the meantime just continue to cheer him up but not with a t-shirt about his missing teeth.
