Can teeth grow back?

I was recently involved in a terrible boating accident. I lost 17 teeth and now my smile looks like jagged rocks at the bottom of a cliff. Is there a way to get my teeth to grow back in my face?

Can teeth grow back?
no but you can get implants http://www.yourdentistryguide.com/implan...
Reply:unfortunately no
Reply:Mammals (like humans) generally only get 2 set of teeth. Baby teeth (which are small) and adult teeth. If adult teeth are knocked out or damaged some other way, they don't grow back. However, you can go to the dentist and get fake teeth made (they look pretty real). It's expensive, but your insurance might pay for some of it (if you have insurance).

Sorry to hear about your boating accident. Hope everything else is okay.
Reply:No human teeth dont regrow after the second teeth come through in childhood.

Your nest bet if you can afford them or if you're due compensation would be screw in teeth which screw individually into the gums and look and are cared for just like real teeth. But they are very expensive.
Reply:No, but you can get some other options such as having implants. If your teeth are jagged you can get veneers. If you are on a very low budget you can get dentures. All of the above will be very costly.
