Is it normal for my 7 yr old daughter not to have lost any teeth?

My daughter just turned 7 this month and has all her baby teeth. There isn't even any loose!!! She does all the normal stuff like brush her teeth twice a day. She just got some more molars in this month too. Should that maybe push things around and loosen them up.

Every dentist says that it will happen when it happens but it still makes me alittle nervous.

Thanks for any help or advice.

if you are really concerned- ask your dentist to take a panelipse of your daughter- it is an xray that shows all of her teeth in the developmental stage she is in right now.

the good news about your daughters delay in erupting her permanent teeth is that she will be older and better able to take care of them as they come in and i am telling ya- the kids you see who break their front teeth skating, skateboarding even tripping over a step makes me happy for her that she hasn't gotten them yet.

i agree with your dentist about not worrying tho
Reply:I didn't lose any til I was 6, and I lost my last tooth when I was 14!!!
Reply:mm noo
Reply:It's normal. My son didn't lose his front 4 till he was 6. He just started losing the others and he is 10 now.
Reply:I didn't lose my first tooth until I was 7 - no need to worry. I'm a teenager now and I just had to have my last two baby teeth pulled! All in good time.
Reply:no i lost my 1st tooth wen i was 8...now im 16 and i still have 1 more 2 loose!
Reply:i didnt loose my first baby tooth until i was 7 either, i had the adult teeth growing in underneath, so they had to pull some. i lost my last baby tooth when i was 14. so I think its fine, but u can always ask your dentist to scan your childs mouth, just incase there's some adult teeth missing.
