Do only the front baby teeth come out or do the side teeth too?

ok i have crowns on few of my teeth and well im still losing them...im almost 12. i want to know if the crown will wear off or does the dentist take it off... or do they just fall out. and is it normal to still be losing my teeth when i will be 12 in May?

That I'm aware of you lose all of your teeth but I'm not sure about the crowns part.Ask your dentist. And everybody loses them at different rates.
Reply:All your teeth are replaced with adult teeth as for your crowns when those teeth fall out so will the crowns. as for your age i am not sure.
Reply:if the crown is on an adult tooth it's there forever, but if not it will fall out with the tooth, it is not unusual next time you go to the dentist ask them how many baby teeth you have left, you are most likely almost done,
Reply:You will eventually lose all your baby teeth: six front on the top and bottom, and two molars on each side top and bottom, for a total of 20. The third and fourth molars are permanent (called the 6-year and 12-year molars), and one more set, called the wisdom teeth, will come in when you're about 18. So look in the mirror, open wide, and figure out which ones are which.
Reply:The crowns will not wear off. Don't you remember what happened with your other teeth? To put it in simple terms, what happens is, the roots of baby teeth get resorbed and the crowns, in turn, become loose and eventually fall off. And don't worry, it is quite normal to still have baby teeth. Some people are quicker than others in changing their baby teeth.
Reply:I'm not too sure about the crown, but i have 3 baby teeth and i'm almost 14 and getting braces. Everyone's different, so no worries.

You'll lose every tooth but the molars that grow in when you are around 12 and your wisdom teeth.
Reply:You probably have steel chrome crowns based on your age. If this is the case, then don't worry, the root of the baby tooth will get reabsorbed by the adult tooth coming in, the root is what hold the tooth in place, so no more root means no more crown, just like a regular tooth, so yes, they will fall out on their own. Also, those crowns are actually soft, even though they are metal, maybe not now, but later you should notice that the crown is wearing out. This is normal so as not to damage your antagonist teeth when you chew or teeth come into contact.
