Need brighter teeth, lose dandruff, and biting nails!?

K, I need to try to get bright teeth, I heard crest whitestrips work, I can try those, I have baking soda toothpaste, how often should I use that? I want bright teeth relatively fast.

I have terrible dandruff. I use T-gel when I shower, for like 2 years now....no luck.

And I bite my nails, just a bit. Chewing gum helps a bit, but gum only lasts so long. I heard of a nail polish that is clear that makes my nails taste awful, if someone has a name and a price estimate that'd rock.

Seems like a lot, but I can do it.

Additional Info:

Male 13 Michigan and it's apparently almost winter.

~Crest whitestrips work wonders! BUT they might make your teeth sensitive, thats the only downfall

~use Head %26amp; Shoulders for dandruff

~that nail polish stuff doesnt even really work..it might work for you but it didnt work for me..and i think its like $4-5; will power is the only thing that really works
Reply:BRIGHTER TEETH: Listerine Whitening Strips

DANDRUFF: Head %26amp; Shoulders- Dry scalp

NAIL BITING: Cut your nails before they grow back

HOPE I HELPED! : ]
Reply:I had what I thought was very bad dandruff, but turned out to be psorasis. I fought it with every shampoo I could find, but then went to a doctor. There is no cure for it, but it is pretty controllable. I have a mousse (expensive - over $100) which works good, and I also had a prescription for Tegrin (I think) which isn't the same one you buy over the counter. T-Gel did nothing. Good luck. It's dry and itchy, and bothersome, but it does get somewhat better with treatment.

The nail stuff should only be a couple dollars. It just tastes bad when you put it in your mouth. Ask a pharmacist.

Can't help on the teeth. My daughters both had their whitened at the dentist, but it was quite expensive. (Over $200) I heard that the Crest Whitestripes work, but not great.
Reply:Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html
Reply:I use baking soda mixed with hydrogen peroxide left on my teeth for 5 min to brighten and whiten my teeth. You can use the baking soda toothpaste all the time it's better for you than normal toothpaste. My friend tried crest strips and they agrivated her gums.

For your dandruff get a tea tree shampoo from a health food store or just get an herbal shampoo.

For biting your nails I did that till I was probably 10 and then I got this nasty tasting nail bitting polish at walmart or somewhere like that. I can't find it but I know that it had a yellow label. It worked for me and I haven't bitten my nails since!

Hope this helps!!!
Reply:i used crest whitening strips and they did make my teeth whiter but it stripped the enamel. you can use them, but i'd only use them every other day.

biting your nails. i used to all the time. it's something that you just have to make a point not to do. i never used the nail polish, but i did put lemon juice on my nails. it makes your nails whiter and it tastes sour and it stops you from doing it.

dandruff, not my department sorry.
Reply:You really need a Good minerial complex would includes calcium, magnesium, and zinc. Good is not cheap.
Reply:This answer is for dandruff. A herbal rinse is a safe method of removing dandruff. Apply lemon juice with the rind on the scalp .After 5 minutes wash off with shampoo and water. More simple remedies for dandruff at http://usefulinfo-dandruff.blogspot.com/
