Will I lose my teeth with receding gums and periodititus, what can I do to save my teeth falling out?

If you don't get it taken care of by a professional, than yes you can! Go to your dentist %26amp; have them look at your teeth %26amp; see what they need to have done. You may need what is called Scaling %26amp; Root Planing, which is a deep cleaning. They will get you numb on one side of your mouth %26amp; clean your teeth (numbing is done so that you are more comfortable). Good luck

Unfortunately, you probably will. You need to schedule an appointment with a dentist to see what options you have to make the transition easier for you physically and mentally.
Reply:Use Johnson toothpics to gently push down alongside your teeth. Order by mail a colorcoded depth-finder telling you how deep your pockets are. This should reduce the bleeding, brush. If it is too far progressed they may have to be operated on.

Unrelated: Tired of commuting ? Check out (google)Hallitubes - suppressed by mainstream media yet supported by researchers at major universities, shown at UC Berkeley - they are a novel way to commute..
Reply:You need to go to a periodontist which is a specialized type of dentist. They would do deep cleanings, deeper than the normal dentist to remove under gum plaque and built up, they can also do gum surgery to tighten the gumline so it won't be able to recede. My mother had both done, when she was a little girl, her parents believed going to the dentist was for the rich, spoiled people who didn't wanna brush their teeth. My mom always took good care of her teeth but did lose some, the periodontist saved alot of them for her. Periodontal disease is also related to problems with the heart in later years, so definitely look in the yellow pages for the periodontist near you and get evaluated to see what you can do.
Reply:flossing reguarly, brushing teeth atleast twice a day and trying to avoid candy, soft drinks and coffee as much as possible
Reply:USE SYSODINE TOOTHPASTE.. DONT THINK I SPELLED IT RIGHT. BUT ANYWAYS ITS FOR SENSITIVE TEETH AND RECEDING GUMS. ALSO ADD A LITTLE PEROXIDE TO YOUR MOUTH WASH, LISTERINE IS THE BEST FOR THIS AND SWISH AROUND MORNING AND NIGHT. BRUSH 3 TIMES A DAY. ALSO YOU CAN JUST SIT AND MASSAGE YOUR GUMS WITH A DAMP TOOTHBRUSH WHILE WATCHING TV HELPS ALOT. YOU'LL NOTICE AN IMPROVEMENT WITHIN 2 WEEKS..
