YES, All dogs do

Do pomeranian pups lose their teeth? like babies do?
All dogs lose their baby teeth, and grow adult teeth -- like human children do.
Reply:it's true.....they all lose their teeth.
Reply:All puppies loose their baby teeth.

Occasionaly, if its an indoor dog you'll run across one on the floor,

Most of the time they swallow them
Reply:Yes they are supposed to lose their baby teeth and then get in their adult teeth.

If your dog still has baby teeth left in the mouth take it to the vet and have the vet pull them out. Don't try to do it yourself because they have fragile jaws and you can very easily break their jaw.. So let the vet take care of your dogs baby teeth.

It is common for small breeds to retain their baby teeth so talk to the vet about your dogs teeth.
Reply:To answer your questions yes.. all dogs loose their teeth that way they can get the set of teeth that will be with them till they die. my girl and I have a yorkie and it was kind of funny seen him with no teeth
Reply:yes they do. i have a 5 mo.pomeranian he loseing his teeth like 1 every day,

i love my puppy!

all dogs loose there teeth there called milking teeth the grow in new ones
Reply:very normal.. and liek you said just like babies... usually it starts to happen around 4-5 months of age, and usually by 6-8 months all of her adult teeth will be in. Their gums do bleed, do not be worried. Sometimes the decidious ( baby) teeth do not fall out on their own. If you notice that the adult tooth has come in, but the decidious tooth is still there and not moving, see your vet.
Reply:Yup, they do. They have baby teeth that fall out, and should have all of their adult teeth by the time they are 6 months old.
